Warranty

We are pleased to inform you that most of the brands we carry offer a limited lifetime warranty for their products. Feel free to reach out to us for specific details regarding your purchase!

In addition, The Bag Creature provides a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) month from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”) for products purchased through our stores.

Even beyond the one-month warranty period, we are happy to assist you by liaising with the brand on your behalf should you encounter any issues with your purchase(s) or its warranty.

Original receipt or proof of purchase is needed.

The Bag Creature will cover the cost to repair or replace, at our discretion, any item that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. 

This limited warranty does not cover :

• Modified products
• Damage caused by improper care, abuse, accident
• Natural breakdown of materials over time as a result of reasonable wear and tear.

We may contact you with questions, to request additional information, photos, or proof of purchase, or to ask that you send your item to us for evaluation. 

Eg of covered defects : 
Defective sewing/stitching, defective zippers, defective attachment hardware, and defective clips.

Eg of Wear and Tear that is not covered :
Reasonable wear and tear such as rips, tears, peels, and fading.
