Warranty

The Bag Creature warrants Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period six (6) months from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period") when the Product* is purchased through our stores. Original receipt or proof of purchase is needed. 

The Bag Creature will cover the cost to repair or replace, at our discretion, any item that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

This limited warranty does not cover :

• Modified products
• Damage caused by improper care, abuse, accident
• Natural breakdown of materials over time as a result of reasonable wear and tear.

• Your Name and Contact Number
• Description of the defect(s)
• Image of defect(s)
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is needed

We will contact you with questions, to request additional information, photos, or proof of purchase, or to ask that you send your item to us for evaluation. 

Eg of covered defects : 
Defective sewing/stitching, defective zippers, defective attachment hardware, and defective clips.

Eg of Wear and Tear that is not covered :
Reasonable wear and tear such as rips, tears, peels, and fading.
